By providing counselling services for adults and young people, I can support you through any challenges that are presenting - whether this be mental health, post-lockdown matters, for children struggling with returning to school after home schooling or parents needing support with navigating their worries. I will provide you with a safe and judgement-free space to explore and work through your thoughts.

What is family violence?

Family violence is a pattern of abusive behaviours used in an intermate or family relationship where one person has a position of power over another that causes fear.
Family violence can include physical, verbal, psychological, emotional, sexual, religious, cultural, spiritual and/or financial abuse. Family violence can affect anyone, including women, men and children, people of any cultural heritage or religious identity, and people of any gender or sexual orientation. Family violence counselling can support your healing journey by helping you to understand family dynamics, safety, boundaries and empower you to be confident and independent.

A modern approach

It’s essential that my clients have an easily accessible service that can fit in around their busy lifestyles. This is why I deliver online counselling or through phone services if preferred, and I offer sessions outside of general 9am-5pm hours.
